Participants from Ukraine due to the situation that they are they were some of them in Ukraine and one of them in France, so they implemented 2 follow up activities. In this page we are going to have the whole dissemination activities that are been done from the participants from Ukraine.

Online Follow Up Activity

 · The first activity has been done online in Ukraine from Yevheniia Sobolieva and they were present also all the members of our group in the PDA in Greece. The activity was done online at October 29th and had a 2 hours duration. There were online 41 participants, mostly 18-25 age y.o, youth that seeks to take part in youth activities, takes part in community service a lot (volunteering), ambitious.

Online meeting about how the youth can better their health condition when taking part in Erasmus exchanges and sharing experiences with other youngsters from other countries during the exchange by demonstrating the IMMHEALD project to show how it works.

The number of participants was much higher than I expected, which made me very happy. I think Ukrainian students really needed that information during these hard times. I told them not only about our project and techniques we used to reflect on the events around. But we also talked about where they can find the opportunity to apply for Erasmus project, and how to complete the application. I also gave some advice on how to behave when you feel frustrated or stressed during the Erasmus project because of the contrast of realities. People got used to living in another world in Ukraine during the last 9 months and it really hits hard. I got many replies from our participants, saying that this event was useful for them. I was asked questions and saw a lot of passion from the guys. Also got positive feedback which warms my heart.

What our participants said

Maria

For me, Erasmus+ training course "Improvement of mental health after a lock down" was a free space for learning, communicating and expressing ourselves through various instruments, from creative writing to theatre. It also happened to be a short getaway from our warfare reality and a chance to recharge, both physically and mentally. I am grateful to have had such experience and would recommend it to anyone interested.

Kateryna

Erasmus+ training course "Improvement of mental health after a lock down" bacome great change for me to reflect on the previous traumatic experience and got inspired for new projects and initiatives in local and international level. We will use all the proposed methods in peaceful Ukraine in local youth work and initiatives.

Veronika

Talking about the project, it was valuable experience for youth work and qualitative time for self-reflection. It is possible to implement all the techniques in different way and occasion. Personally, I deepen my knowledge in hard and soft skills of art-therapy methods, especially in théâtre of oppression.

Yevhenia

It was a nice project with lots of activities and perfect location. The topic was extremely new for me. I didn't have any experience with theater. I learnt about new techniques that would help me fight stress and even anxiety. I enjoyed that week a lot.
