Statements from Georgian Participants

It goes without saying that Erasmus + project IMMHEALD had a huge impact on Georgian Participants. That is why dissemination and follow-up activities to spread the information are significant.

Vika Zurabishvili: I could not even imagine that Erasmus Project would teach me the concepts of emotional intelligence and mental health this well. The most powerful and meaningful activity for me in the project was the women's Circle. That is why I decided to recreate the dynamic and atmosphere of the activity in my hometown. I created a mixed circle with young people. Each student had an amazing experience. All of them were shocked because of how much emotion they got to explore and let out. Almost every member wanted to be a part of the project. I believe that this activity made all the young people there understand the true meaning of the Erasmus +.

Nikoloz Moistsrapishvili: I gathered a few young people in Rome, Italy to share my amazing experiences and knowledge gained in Greece on the Erasmus + project. I showed them the photos and videos to display the environment and activities we had on the project. Each member of the dissemination was interested and curious about the Erasmus +. We even recreated the activity about trust. For me, that was a very unusual but very important task to do. Taking everything into consideration, the dissemination was successful and interesting for everyone. Hope my impact is valuable and meaningful in the future.

Marekhi Gavasheli: I tried to share my information to young n Erasmus + projects. I displayed a step-by-step guide for the project: starting with how to apply, what we did during the project, The impact of the activities, and the meaning of mental health. Even though it is very hard to describe the emotions and experiences I had in Athens I tried my best to pass on everything I knew and learned. The students were mostly interested in cultural nights and the Circle activity we had on the beach. I explained the main concept of the activities for them to have an important and purposeful understanding of the project. Follow-up activities are crucial to spread the information with young people and get them interested in Erasmus + projects to gain the knowledge and experience I gained in Greece.

Mariam Chitadze: I tried to share my amazing experience during my stay in Athens. I told him about our organization BITISI and the amazing projects. I have shared several activities during this Erasmus+ project. They were interested in both workshops and cultural activities. They want to participate in such a program and develop their skills and abilities in different directions. I believe that they will be able to deepen their knowledge, participate in similar projects and develop. In addition, this follow-up activity was very interesting for them because I provided additional information about the exchange programs. I hope that this information will help them and it will be a means of motivation.
