Romania Follow Up
We managed to share our knowledge to approx. 10-15 people from distinct educational fields (Medicine, Informatics, Pilots Academy and Law) due to the fact that all of the Romanian participants study at a different university. The age of the participants is 18-26 years old. The Romanian group organized the activity online, using the Zoom platform, because all the participants live in different cities. The purpose of the meeting was to present the techniques learned in the project such as Theater of oppression, meditation, mindfulness exercises in order to manage and accept negative emotions and thoughts. During the presentation, the participants watched short videos, images and materials from the project that took place in Greece.
They were surprised by the theater, drawing and music techniques used for the purpose of informal learning and the expression of feelings. Theatre of oppression was the main topic that generated a lot of questions and curiosities. Also, Romanian participations presented the opportunities and benefits that the Erasmus+ projects offer.

What our participants told us about the training:
Arina: This was my first Erasmus Program and it was one I will hardly forget. I had been interested in participating since I heard the name of the project. It was everything I was expecting and more. The people were extremely open minded, eager to learn and help the others around them. A wide variety of skills were present in our activities challenging us to open our hearts and minds towards ourselves mostly. We had to analyse everything that made us the people we are today. I absolutely loved this training course, meeting new people and experiencing intercultural nights where we really got to know more about everyone's history. We are so different as people, but sometime I felt like we lived in different worlds as well due to the sad times we are confronted with. I enjoyed every little part of this experience and I would gladly do it again.
Teodora: This training course wasn't just a good way of practicing my english, but also a life-changing experience.Although it is my first project from Erasmus, I believe that it will remain the one I learnt most from our trainers, Erma and Orfeas, did an incredible job at keeping a firm line of what a project should be and just sending us good vibes . There were moment when we laughed , made silly jokes ,just chilling and relaxing ,but the most intense ones were in the category self-reflection time .That got us to dig deep into our feelings and to express our emotion without any judge. Moreover, we exchanged precious information about each country's culture and way of living and I was impressed by a lot of countries' food and drinks , especially Croatia, Greece and Cyprus (even if I would never forget the North Macedonian figs). It was a wonderful adventure ,filled with amazing people and priceless ocassions of enjoying life .Thank you for this opportunity!
Lorena: It was an outstanding experience during which I learnt a lot about emotions, self-control and accepting ourselves. Erma and Orfeas, our trainers, created a safe place by explaining to us patiently every little detail about the games or workshops. The venue by the sea was magical and the food was delicious.
Raul: I am more than happy that i participated in this Erasmus Project. I was impressed by the organization of the training course that managed to integrate interesting workshops but also funny activities such as energizers. Our trainers were so friendly and patient with us, creating a safe place.
